Sierra de Guadarrama National Park Day Trip

Enjoy a day away from the hustle and bustle of Madrid with this day trip to the Sierra Guadarrama National Park. We'll also visit Manzanares El Real and the Monastery of El Paular.

Day Trip Details

We'll meet at the designated time at Plaza de España, in the center of Madrid. From there, we'll board a comfortable bus heading north to the Sierra Guadarrama National Park. We expect to reach our first stop, the famous Manzanares El Real Castle, in less than an hour, where we will view the Castle of the Mendoza from outside.

Next, we will travel to La Pedriza, where a walking tour will reveal the area's geological richness and local fauna, exploring famous locations such as the port of Cotos and Navacerradas.

Our route will continue to Rascafría, allowing time for lunch at your own expense in a restaurant. Following lunch, we will pass by two icons of Rascafría: the Finnish Forest and the Monastery of El Paular, both viewed from the outside.

Finally, we will return to Madrid, arriving approximately 10 hours after the initial pickup.
