The tour is available at the following times:
- Monday to Saturday: from 9:00 to 19:00.
- Sundays and holidays: from 9:30 to 18:30.
- Game days: up to 5:30 hours before the start of the meeting. From 12 noon of the day before the game, and throughout the day of the game, costumes and benches will remain closed.

It is important to consult the opening hours and notices in advance if it coincides with a match or event made at the Stadium.
For organizational reasons, the club reserves the right to alter visiting schedules. In that case, we will notify you as soon as possible.

- This entry includes the visit to the entire Museum.
- Valid only for date and printed time.
- For reasons of organization the Tour may vary both the schedule and the tour without notice.
- Timeliness is requested. Arriving later from the reserved time does not guarantee entry to the enclosure.
- Only the first entry to the premises will be accepted as valid and no subsequent access attempts will be admitted with the same entry.
- In case of access with printed entry, this must be kept in full and in good condition, and the admission may be refused if otherwise. Any amended entry, broken, in poor condition or with signs of forgery, will authorize the organizer to deprive the entrance to the enclosure.
- The attendance at the Museum will be limited by means of capacity control. The alteration of routes may be established, the management of entrances and exits or the exclusion of rooms for security reasons.
No returns will take place. In case of reduced rates, the corresponding accreditation documentation will be requested.
- The Organization will not respond to the authenticity of the tickets purchased outside the official sales points by not being held accountable.
- No consignment service is available.
- Animal access is not allowed except guide dogs.
- In the tour there are numerous steps of stairs so it is not advisable to carry out it with bags or baby carts.

Access conditions:
- According to the Act, the carrier authorizes the Organization to carry out the relevant revisions and records to verify compliance with the security conditions.
- The Organization reserves the right of admission.
- The carrier of this entry undertakes to respect the rules established by Real Madrid C.F. and, in particular, to follow faithfully the indications that mark the course and instructions of the Club staff.

Causes impeding access to sports facilities
1.- The introduction of beverages, weapons, instruments that may be used as such, bengalas, artifice fires or similar objects.
2.- The introduction and display of banners, symbols, emblems or legends that involve incitement to violence.
3.- To be found under the effects of alcoholic beverages, narcotics, psychotropics, stimulants or similar substances.
