Join us from Maiori on this hiking route along the Sentiero dei Limoni, or 'The Path of the Lemons', surrounded by the aromas of the Mediterranean and the views of the Amalfi Coast.

Tour Details

We will meet at Corso Reginna in Maiori at the scheduled time. The hiking route along The Path of the Lemons offers panoramic views of the coast.

We will begin the route by visiting a local pastry shop to taste a lemon dessert typical of the area. With energy replenished, we will climb to the church of Santa Maria a Mare, from the 12th century, to view its dome from outside.

Throughout the hike, we will observe macerine terraces where lemon trees are traditionally cultivated, as well as Roman ruins amid Mediterranean vegetation, including olive trees, vineyards, and pine trees.

After a short break for freshly made homemade lemonade, we will continue to the village of Torre, known for producing the majority of lemons in the area, highlighted by the church of San Michele Arcangelo.

We will conclude our hike by taking the path to Minori, viewing the bell tower of the Basilica of Santa Trofimena along the way. Our activity will conclude in Piazza Ettore e Gaetano Cantilena, following approximately 2.5 to 3 hours of walking.
