This entrance ticket grants access to the Maisons-Laffitte castle, showcasing significant French baroque architecture designed by Francois Mansart. Inside, you can explore the baroque rooms, including one designated for Louis XIV during his visits. An explanatory leaflet in English will be provided for insights into the history of the Courts. Additionally, visit the castle gardens, which exemplify a classic French garden and offer a place to relax.

Opening Times

Chateau de Maisons is open daily except Tuesdays, with the following hours:

16 May to 15 September: 10 am - 12:30 pm and 2 pm - 6 pm.16 September to 15 May: 10 am - 12:30 pm and 2 pm - 5 pm.

On December 24th and 31st, the closing time is at 4 pm, with last access allowed 30 minutes before closing. Opening times are subject to change.

Free Admission

Admission is free for:

Young people from the European Union aged 18 to 25.Children under 18, regardless of nationality.

Admission is also free on the first Sunday of each month from January to March and November to December, and on the third weekend of September. To obtain a free ticket, visit the site’s ticket office with a certifying document of eligibility.
