Itinerary

At 10:30 am, you'll begin your guided walking tour of Malaga city centre, leaving from the glass pyramid on Calle Alcazabilla.

Wandering up Calle Alcazabilla, you'll discover the city's Roman legacy as you visit the ancient theatre. You'll learn about the city's Arabic history during a guided tour of the Alcazaba. Inside, you'll hear about its history and the legends that surround it.

Your tour will continue to Plaza de la Merced, where you'll find the monument to General Torrijos. In the same plaza, you'll learn about the life and work of Pablo Ruiz Picasso at the Birthplace Museum.

Next, you will stop at El Sagrario church, built between the 15th and 18th centuries. You'll walk by Plaza del Obispo and continue to the Cathedral of Malaga, known as "La Manquita" or the "One-Armed Lady."
