Pablo Ruiz Picasso, Malaga's best-known painter, is one of the most influential artists of the 20th century. The museum, dedicated to showcasing his life, is within the walls of his former home. Visitors can explore at their own pace and use an audioguide in English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, and Chinese to learn about the art and personal belongings of the painter.

The museum offers a thematic tour that explores Picasso's connection with Malaga, highlighting his hometown's influence on his personality and works. The exhibitions include sketchbooks, lithographs, and a collection of decorated ceramics, providing insight into the creative universe of the artist. Once you've made your reservation, you may visit the museum anytime by presenting your voucher at the ticket office. The Picasso Museum is open:

Hours are flexible and subject to change. Visitors are not admitted less than 15 minutes before closing time.

Special Hours

From August 17th to 25th, during the Feria de Malaga, the museum will be open from 9:30 am to 3 pm (doors close at 2:30 pm).
