Private Day Trip to Piriápolis
We will pick you up from your hotel and begin a scenic 45-minute drive to Piriápolis, the first coastal resort town of Uruguay, showcasing charming mountain scenery and sandy beaches.
Our first stop will be San Antonio Hill, known for its chapel at the summit. You will have the option to descend via cable car to visit Rambla Avenue, where we will pass by Punta Colorada, La Cascada, and the Wildlife Museum.
Next, we will visit Piria Castle, the residence of Francisco Piria, the founder of Piriápolis, to learn about the city's origins and history. Our tour will continue to Sugarloaf Mountain, the third-highest peak in Uruguay.
To conclude our tour, we will visit a nature reserve with native wildlife where you can see leopards, crocodiles, and exotic birds in semi-captivity.
We will return to your hotel around 2 pm.
