Guided Tour of Malé
At 9 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in the centre of Malé to set off on this guided tour.
Next, we'll continue towards the Malé Friday Mosque, a 16th-century coral mosque that houses the tomb of Abu-al-Barakat, key to the country's conversion to Islam.
Afterwards, we'll visit Sultan Park, established in honour of the island's first Sultan, along with the Presidential Palace and Independence Square, also known as Jumhooree Maidhaan.
Once you've visited these iconic sites and learned about the Maldives' history, we'll head to a fish market, highlighting the importance of this industry for the island's inhabitants.
At the end of the tour, we'll return you to your hotel in the city centre, dropping you off by around 12 pm.
