Tour Details
At the designated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in the centre of Malé to start the guided tour.
We'll proceed to the Malé Friday Mosque, a 16th-century coral mosque that houses the tomb of Abu-al-Barakat, known for converting the country to Islam.
Next, we'll visit Sultan Park, created in honour of the first Sultan, alongside the Presidential Palace and Independence Square, also referred to as Jumhooree Maidhaan.
After exploring these significant sites and learning about Maldivian history, we'll visit a fish market, highlighting the importance of this industry for local residents.
At the end of the tour, we'll return you to your hotel in the city centre, concluding the experience after approximately 3 hours.
