At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Sítio Cultural Museu da Estância, a rural farm in Mampituba dedicated to gaucho culture.

Once we arrive at the estancia, we'll enjoy a dinner consisting of a typical costelão, which takes 12 hours to prepare. The food will be ready by the time we get to the farm.

After dinner, we'll listen to folk tales from the Mampituba tradition before enjoying live traditional gaucho music. The museum staff will play various regional instruments, allowing us to dance to a unique performance.

Participants may also visit the Cultural Site Museum of Estância, which houses numerous antique items from Mampituba related to local customs and traditions.

Lastly, the evening will last between 3 to 4 hours, concluding this activity.
