On this tour of the Museu da Amazônia, we'll discover the Adolpho Ducke Forest Reserve, which spans 100 hectares of forest.

Tour Details

We will pick you up from your hotel in Manaus at the scheduled time and take you directly to the Museu da Amazônia. The first stop will be the O Lenhador restaurant for lunch. Afterward, we will proceed to explore the Museu da Amazônia, also known as MUSA.

At the museum, we will take a walk along the trails, discovering the ecosystem's richness as we navigate the forest. We may encounter butterflies, turtles, and fish along the way.

We will visit the orchidarium, bromeliarium, and aquarium, learning about their conservation and ecological significance. The itinerary also includes a visit to the reptilarium, featuring various species of snakes endemic to the Amazon.

To conclude our visit, we'll ascend to an observatory 42 metres (137 ft) high for views of the Brazilian Amazon. We will have the opportunity to watch the sunset from this viewpoint, capturing photographs of one of the most biodiverse places in the world.

After 6 hours of exploring the fascinating Amazon flora, we will return you to your hotel in Manaus.
