Tour Details
After picking you up at your hotel in Mancora at the designated time, we'll head to Tumbes, a coastal town in the extreme northwest of Peru.
We will travel by road to Puerto Pizarro, known for its mangrove forests, which extend from the Gulf of Guayaquil to Playa Hermosa, forming water channels on the Tumbes River delta.
We will visit the Isla de los Pajaros (Bird Island), known for its red mangrove and indigenous birds.
Next, we will pass by La Isla Hueso de Ballena (Whale Bone Island), where you can swim at its beaches, and stop at La Isla del Amor (Love Island) for some relaxation and to sample local gastronomy.
Before returning to Mancora, we will visit the centre of Tumbes and its main square, followed by a stop at La Playa de Amotape (Amotape Beach), known for its turquoise waters.
