Whale Watching in Mancora

We will pick you up at your hotel in Mancora at the designated time to go to the pier, where we will board a boat for the excursion.

Mancora is noted for its diverse marine life. In this activity, we will aim to spot some common cetaceans of the northern coast of Peru.

During the trip, we will look for bottlenose dolphins and humpback whales, among the largest species globally, with adults reaching sizes of up to 52.5 ft (16 meters).

In summer, these whales come to the Peruvian coast for reproduction and can be seen alone or in groups. If fortunate, we might observe a mother whale with her calves.

You will enjoy watching dolphins and whales jumping out of the water, and we may also see other marine life such as sea lions and turtles.

After the 3-hour whale-watching experience, we will return to the port and then take you back to your hotel in Mancora.

Whale-watching

Mancora's coast is a prime location in Peru for seeing whales, dolphins, and other species. However, animal sightings may vary due to factors including weather and reproductive seasons of different species.
