Whale Watching in Mancora
Pickup will be at your hotel in Mancora at 6:30 am, followed by a trip to the pier to board a boat for the sea excursion.
Mancora is recognized for its diverse marine life. This activity focuses on spotting common cetaceans of the northern coast of Peru.
While sailing, we will look for bottlenose dolphins and humpback whales, which can grow up to 52.5 ft (16 meters) long. These whales migrate to the Peruvian coast during the summer months for reproduction and can be seen alone or in groups. There is a chance to spot a mother whale with her calves.
Participants will enjoy watching dolphins and whales jumping out of the water. Other marine species like sea lions and turtles may also be observed.
After the 3-hour whale-watching experience, we will return to the port and subsequently take you back to your hotel in Mancora.
Whale-watching
Mancora's coast is among the best locations in Peru for observing whales and dolphins. However, animals are unpredictable, and sightings may vary based on factors such as weather conditions and the reproductive cycles of different species.
