We'll pick you up at 8 am at your hotel in Manizales to start this avocado tour, one of Colombia's main export products.

We will visit an agro-ecological farm to learn about this popular fruit and its cultivation. During the visit, we will explain what this farm does to achieve a certificate of Good Environmental Practices.

We'll tour the Hass avocado plantations, originally from California, and discover different types of avocado grown in Colombia, such as Papelillo, Santana, Semil, and Choquette, which you will also taste.

After the visit, we will conduct a guacamole workshop, where you'll learn to make this sauce in the traditional way. Afterwards, we will enjoy tasting the guacamole we have prepared.

At the end of the workshop, we will take you back to Manizales and drop you off at your hotel at 3 pm.
