We'll pick you up at 8 am at your hotel in Manizales to start this avocado tour, one of Colombia's main export products.

We will visit an agro-ecological farm to learn about this popular fruit and its cultivation. During the visit, information will be shared on what the farm does to be recognized with the certificate of Good Environmental Practices.

We will tour the Hass avocado plantations, a variety originally from California, and get to know different types of avocado grown in Colombia, such as Papelillo, Santana, Semil, or Choquette, which you will also be able to taste.

After the visit, you will participate in a guacamole workshop, learning how to make this sauce in the traditional way. We will enjoy tasting the guacamole we have prepared.

When the workshop ends, we will take you back to Manizales, leaving you at your hotel at 3 pm.
