Manizales Avocado Tour
We will pick you up at 8 am at your hotel in Manizales to begin the avocado tour, focused on one of Colombia's main export products.
The tour includes a visit to an agro-ecological farm to learn about avocado cultivation and details on its Good Environmental Practices certification.
Participants will explore Hass avocado plantations, originally from California, and discover various Colombian avocado types such as Papelillo, Santana, Semil, or Choquette, which will be available for tasting.
Following the farm visit, there will be a guacamole workshop, where you'll learn to prepare this sauce using traditional methods. You will also enjoy tasting the guacamole made during the session.
After the workshop, we will return you to Manizales, arriving at your hotel by 3 pm.
