We'll explore the Nevado de Santa Isabel in its entirety on this excursion from Manizales. The perfect way to get some unique photographs of one of the highest mountains in the Cordillera Central of Colombia.

After picking you up at your hotel in Manizales at 4 am, we'll head to the Nevado de Santa Isabel. On the way, you'll enjoy the mountain scenery of this part of Colombia, including geological formations, waterfalls, and primary forests.

If the weather permits, we may see the Andean condor, highlighting the biodiversity of this area near Villa María. The Nevado de Santa Isabel features numerous lakes and one of the largest glacier masses in the country.

We'll make a stop for breakfast. Then we will gradually approach the residual glaciers of the Nevado de Santa Isabel, noting that it is a challenging climb, with approximately three hours of ascent and two hours of descent. A specialised guide will accompany you throughout the hike.

Once we reach the highest accessible point, we will begin our descent, marveling at the unique landscape of Colombia. At the bottom, we'll enjoy a lunch before returning by bus to Manizales, with an arrival at your hotel scheduled for 7 pm.
