PlomHist Museum
Located on Calle Miguel de Cervantes in the heart of Manzanares, the PlomHist Lead Soldier Museum is one of the main tourist attractions in Ciudad Real. The museum displays a chronological exhibition of World History with over 4000 lead soldiers. These figurines reflect the clothes and armory of their respective eras. Additionally, there are up to 80 scale models and dioramas.
With your ticket to the Plomhist Museum, you can visit the four rooms of the collection. The first is focused on Prehistory and Ancient History, showcasing civilizations like the Egyptians, Greeks, and Romans. The second room covers the Middle Ages. The next part features the Modern Age and the beginning of the Contemporary Age, highlighting periods of significant transformation. The final room discusses the most recent stages of the Contemporary Age.

The PlomHist Museum in Manzanares is open at the following times:
Morning schedule
Wednesday - Sunday: 11 am - 1:30 pm
Evening schedule (only applicable on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday)
January, February, March, November and December: 4 - 7 pmApril, May, June, September and October: 6 - 9 pmJuly and first half of August: 7 - 10 pmThe museum is closed during the second half of August.
These times are flexible and may be subject to changes.
Guided Tour of the Museum
On the 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month, there are guided tours at 11:30 am. These tours cost 4EUR per person and should be purchased at the ticket office on the same day.
