On this excursion from Marmaris, we will visit several villages in southwestern Turkey, including Bayir, Turgut, and Orhaniye.
Southwest Turkey Villages Excursion
At the scheduled time, we will pick you up from your hotel in Marmaris and head south to explore the region's villages.
Our first stop will be Bayir, home to the ancient city of Smyrna and its mosque, which is believed to have once housed a temple dedicated to Asklepios, the god of medicine.
After visiting Bayir, we will proceed to Turgut. Here, you will explore the mosque and learn about the religion and customs of the local area. Following this, we will visit a local family home for a typical lunch.
The tour will conclude at Orhaniye Bay, known for its clear blue waters and as a popular destination in the Gulf of Hisaronu.
After 7 hours of sightseeing, we will return you to your hotel in Marmaris.
