On this excursion from Marmaris, we'll visit the beautiful villages in southwestern Turkey such as Bayir, Turgut, and Orhaniye and discover their traditions.
Southwest Turkey Villages Excursion
At the scheduled time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Marmaris and proceed to explore some of the region's villages.
Our first stop will be Bayir, home to the ancient city of Smyrna and its mosque, believed to have been the site of a temple dedicated to Asklepios, the god of medicine.
After visiting the acropolis, we will continue to Turgut. Here, we will explore the mosque and learn about the religion and customs of the area. Additionally, we will visit a local family home for a traditional lunch.
The final stop will be Orhaniye Bay, a popular destination on the Gulf of Hisaronu, known for its clear blue waters.
After 7 hours of sightseeing, we will return you to your hotel in Marmaris.
