Day Trip Details

At the scheduled time, we’ll pick you up at your hotel in Marrakech and travel by off-roading vehicle or minibus to the Imlil Valley.

We will begin our journey through the Haouz plain toward the Agafay desert, stopping first at Lalla Takerkoust Lake for a 30-minute camel ride. Alternatively, you can stay in the Berber tent and enjoy mint tea.

Next, we will continue to the settlement of Aguergour, where you will have Moroccan mint tea with a local family and learn about their traditions before exploring the Kik Plateau.

Before reaching Imlil, we will visit the small town of Asni. If the tour occurs on Saturday, we will stop at the local Amazigh market.

A guided tour of Imlil will follow, where a local guide will show typical buildings adapted to the terrain. After one hour in Imlil, we will drive through various Berber areas, stopping in Aroumed to enjoy views of Jebel Toubkal.

You will have the option to enjoy a traditional Moroccan meal in Tagadirt before taking a short walk around the village and heading back to Marrakech.

After approximately 9 hours of sightseeing, the tour will conclude back at the starting point.
