Boat Trip + Snorkeling with Dolphins

Embark on an exciting boat expedition and snorkeling adventure where you'll have the opportunity to swim alongside dolphins in a stunning marine reserve located in the Red Sea.

Activity Overview

Your journey begins with a pickup from your accommodation in Marsa Alam at the scheduled time. From there, we will make our way to Hamata port, the departure point for reaching the renowned Sataya Reef marine reserve. This location is famous for being the habitat of the Red Sea spinner dolphins.

During our two-hour snorkeling experience, you’ll have the chance to dive into the vibrant underwater world, featuring colorful coral formations while swimming amongst the playful dolphins. Be prepared to witness their amazing acrobatic displays as they leap and twirl out of the water!

After the snorkeling activity, we will return to the boat where a sumptuous buffet lunch with refreshments and fresh fruit awaits. Post-meal, we'll set off on a boat tour around Sataya Reef, discovering its mysterious caves and tunnels. Along our journey, we might also spot diverse marine fauna and vibrant butterflies.

At the end of the tour, we'll sail back to Hamata port, where your vehicle will be ready to transport you back to your hotel in Marsa Alam. The overall experience lasts approximately 9 hours from the time of pickup.

Airport Pickup

For those arriving by air, Marsa Alam International Airport offers a convenient pickup option, although this service incurs an extra fee of 10EUR per person. Please specify your preference for airport or hotel pickup when making your reservation.

Itinerary Adjustments

It's important to note that wildlife sightings depend on various environmental conditions that are not within our control. Hence, while the primary focus is on Sataya Reef, if circumstances do not support dolphin encounters, the itinerary may shift to Samadai Reef, also known as Dolphin House.

Both sites are recognized as prime dolphin viewing areas in the Red Sea, and any changes will always be made with the intent to enhance your chances of swimming alongside these magnificent creatures.
