Discover Provence by visiting three of its most important cities with this Arles, Saint Remy & Les Baux Day Trip. You'll explore the first-century Roman Empire and the works of Van Gogh & Dali.

Description

We will meet at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Marseille at the designated time and board a minibus with a guide who will share interesting traditions and stories from the French region of Provence.

The first stop is Saint-Rémy de Provence, a picturesque town. Here, you can visit Les Antiques, notable Roman monuments that marked the entrance to the ancient city of Glanum. You may also visit a recreation of the famous Van Gogh room. On Wednesdays, there is an opportunity to explore the local market.

Next, we will travel to Les Baux de Provence, a medieval fortress located in the Alpilles region. During our visit, you will have free time and may choose to attend the sound and light show at the Carrières de Lumières (tickets not included), offering a unique blend of history, culture, and art.

The final stop will be Arles, where we will trace Van Gogh's footsteps and discover the locations that inspired his works. If you take the tour on Saturdays, you can attend the weekly market.

We will return to Marseille after a total of 10.5 hours.
