Calanques National Park Kayaking Tour

On this kayaking tour around the Calanques National Park, we will explore the coves in the south of Marseille and discover Mediterranean landscapes.

Tour Options

During booking, you can choose between three options, all starting and ending at 47 Impasse du Dr Bonfils. Each option includes kayak rental and an English-speaking guide.

Full-Day Tour (9 Hours)

We'll travel by minibus to the kayaking location, where a brief introduction to the kayak and oar will occur before we begin our kayaking tour of the Calanques National Park. The specific route will depend on weather conditions:

Calanques National Park: Departing from Cassis to explore coves like Port Pin, En Vau, and Sugiton while swimming in crystal-clear waters.French Riviera: Paddle from Port de la Lave or Carry-le-Rouet, observing the lesser-known stretch of the French Riviera, including charming fishing ports.Archipelago of Riou: Paddle from Callelongue toward the Riou archipelago, visiting islets and secluded beaches, with potential for an afternoon coastal route.

Morning Tour (4 Hours)

We will search for the southern island of Maer, observing cliffs and bird species such as white-throated kingfishers. A short stop at Plage de Cap Croisette allows a swim in the Mediterranean before returning to the starting point.

Sunset Tour (4 Hours)

This tour follows the same route as the morning option, focusing more on paddling around the south of the Island of Maïre without stopping at the beach, providing landscapes imbued in sunset hues.
