The Le Panier Guided Tour begins at 10 am by the Vieux Port metro exit (Quai des Belges). The guide will discuss the rehabilitation of monuments in 2013, including the Docks, Silo, Villa Méditerranée, and the MUCEM (Museum of European and Mediterranean Civilisations).

Participants will then walk along the seafront and into the Le Panier district, noted as the oldest district in Marseille and France. The tour includes a visit to the La Major Cathedral and a stroll through Le Panier’s narrow streets, showcasing street art akin to an open-air museum.

Key stops include the Vieille Charité and Place des Moulins, where the guide narrates the history of Marseille, founded 2,600 years ago. The tour features a tasting of chocolate navettes (a type of French biscuit) at Place de Lenche.

The tour concludes at 12 pm in front of the Saint-Laurent church, one of the city's oldest, offering views of the Vieux-Port and the Mucem. The guide will be available to answer questions and provide tips for enjoying your stay in Marseille.
