Calanques National Park is one of the great natural jewels of Marseille. Enjoy its landscapes on this hiking route to the different coves in the area.
Tour Details
We'll meet at the indicated time along Avenue de Luminy and travel by city bus to the coves of Marseille. After a brief introduction, we'll begin a hiking route towards Calanques National Park. The coves here are considered some of the most beautiful on the Provence coast.
The first stop will be at the Belvédère de Sugiton viewpoint for scenic views of the Mediterranean, marked by ocher and gray cliffs merging with the blue sea.
Next, we'll continue to the calanque of Saint-Jean de Dieu, also known as De L`Oeil De Verre due to its cliff shapes.
We'll take a break along the shores of the Mediterranean to enjoy a picnic featuring bread, cheese, charcuterie, dips, and fruit.
Afterward, we will return to the meeting point, concluding the tour approximately 5 hours after the departure.
Changes in Itinerary
Depending on the season and weather conditions, we may visit the calanques of Saint Jean de Dieu, Sugiton, Morgiou, or Sormiou.
