Noailles Guided Tour

At 2 pm, we'll meet on La Canebière and start our guided tour of the Noailles neighbourhood. From this central spot in Marseille, we'll begin walking through Noailles' winding streets, discovering the origins of the Marseillaise and learning about the history of the area. We will discuss shops established over 200 years ago, gentrification issues, the struggle for decent housing, and the tragedy of the Rue d'Aubagne.

One of our stops will be the vibrant Capuchin Market, known for its exotic ingredients from the East and the African continent. After 2 hours of exploration, we'll conclude the tour at 4 pm back at the starting point.
