On our Noailles Guided Tour, we'll explore one of Marseille's multicultural neighborhoods while learning about its history and visiting its iconic market.

At 2 pm, we'll meet on La Canebière and start our guided tour of the Noailles neighborhood.

From this central spot in Marseille, we'll walk through Noailles' winding streets and discover how the Marseillaise anthem came into being.

We'll learn about the history of this neighborhood and discuss the shops established over 200 years ago. Additionally, we'll talk about gentrification, the struggle for decent housing, and the tragedy of the Rue d'Aubagne.

One of our stops will be the vibrant Capuchin Market, a place to find exotic ingredients from the East and the African continent.

After 2 hours of exploring Noailles, we'll finish the tour at 4 pm back at the starting point.
