Day Trip Details
Meet at the Radisson Blu Hotel entrance in Marseille and board a minibus to Provence. The first stop will be Les Baux de Provence, a medieval fortress situated in the Alpilles mountain range, where you will have free time to explore.
Next, visit the Pont du Gard, a well-preserved Roman aqueduct standing at over 40 meters (130 feet) tall. This impressive structure showcases ancient engineering.
The tour continues to Avignon, providing free time for lunch and optional visits to the Papal Palace and the Saint Bénezet bridge, known as Pont d'Avignon, and other sights in this charming town.
The final stop will be a winery in Châteauneuf du Pape for a wine tasting after a panoramic walk through the surrounding vineyards.
The tour concludes back in Marseille after 11.5 hours.
