Description

Stepping into Mdina feels like traveling back in time. This city has served as a backdrop for productions such as Game of Thrones and Gladiator. The tour begins at the entrance gate of Mdina before crossing the moat into the city.

We will make our way down the ancient streets, passing landmarks such as the Santa Sofia palace and the Mdina Metropolitan Cathedral Museum. We'll also visit the city walls, which provide views of the island of Malta.

The tour continues to the village of Rabat, located about 10 minutes away on foot. In this traditional town, we’ll discuss rural life in Malta, focusing on the town's traditions and gastronomy.

We will conclude the free tour in Rabat after approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes of sightseeing. Participants will receive local recommendations on places to eat and explore during their trip.
