At 8 am, we will pick you up from your hotel in Boca del Rio before heading south to the coastal town of Alvarado. This community is located at the mouth of the Blanco and Papaloapan rivers, known for its fishing industry. We will stroll through the streets while the guide shares the history of Pedro de Alvarado, founder of the city.

We then head to the Papaloapan River for a boat ride. During the trip, you will enjoy the landscapes along the riverbanks.

After the boat ride, we will proceed to the city of Tlacotalpan, known for its blend of Caribbean and Spanish culture. A guided tour will highlight emblematic sites such as the Church of the Virgin of the Candelaria and the House-Museum of musician and poet Agustín Lara.

After the visit, you will have approximately two hours for lunch. You can enjoy the local gastronomy of Tlacotalpan at one of its restaurants.

After lunch, we will return to your hotel in Boca del Rio, arriving around 6 pm.
