Looking for a day full of adventure in Antioquia? Learn how to raft as you go down Samaná River and enjoy a perfect view of the Colombian jungle!

Description

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Medellin and travel south to San Luis, located in the Antioquia region.

Upon arrival at the city's central park, we'll shift to our off–roading vehicle to reach the forest. After a picturesque hike lasting approximately 40 minutes to an hour, we'll arrive at a riverside location to begin rafting on the Samaná River. Equipped with safety helmets and vests, we'll navigate the exhilarating waters aboard an inflatable raft.

The rafting session will last about 3 to 4 hours and cover a distance of 2.5 kilometers (1.5 miles), featuring big waves, swirling whirlpools, and thrilling rapids.

The adventure concludes with a picnic lunch consisting of sausages and locally sourced fruits. After lunch, we'll return to San Luis by off–roading vehicle, switch transportation, and return to Medellin, dropping you off at your hotel approximately 9 hours after pickup.
