We'll meet at 9 am at the Museo Casa de la Memoria ready to explore Medellín's history.
The tour begins at the museum, featuring exhibitions on Colombian wars and armed conflicts. Visitors will see news articles and writings from that era.
Next, we will take public transport to Comuna 13. Once considered the most dangerous neighborhood in the world, it is now an artistic and vibrant district of Medellín. The tour will include its famous escalators and will be guided by a local artist who will explain the social and cultural transformation of the area.
Finally, we will stop for an hour to have lunch at a local restaurant and enjoy some typical food. The tour will conclude at 3 pm.
