El Tajín & Papantla Day Trip
We will pick you up from your hotel in Boca del Río and head north to El Tajín. This archaeological area is one of the best-conserved examples of the Totonac culture. You will have the opportunity to see the impressive Los Nichos Pyramid and learn about this ancient Mexican civilization.
After exploring the ruins, we will go to an area with various restaurants, and you will have approximately an hour and a half for lunch (not included).
Following lunch, we will visit the El Tajín Museum, where your guide will explain more about the Totonac culture, their lifestyle, and traditions.
Our next stop will be in Papantla, where you will enjoy a guided tour to discover emblematic places, including the cathedral and a Totonac mural.
Finally, the tour will conclude, and we will drop you back at your hotel in Boca del Río at approximately 8:30 pm.
