Attention nature lovers! Don't miss this guided hike through the San Luis Mountains, one of the most beautiful areas in the eastern Antioquia region.

Description

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Medellín at the indicated time and head south for a day full of adventure and natural beauty. Our journey will lead us through the picturesque landscapes of Antioquia until we reach the town of San Luis. From there, we'll embark on a 4-kilometer (2.4 miles) hike, with a medium to high difficulty level, climbing up to 1800 meters (5905 feet) of altitude.

As we trek along the San Luis Mountains, we will enjoy views of the expansive marshlands and the winding Magdalena River, which spans 1525 kilometers (5,000 miles) across the country. After appreciating the panoramic views, we'll begin our descent and take a break for a picnic lunch featuring cold meats and fresh fruit.

Finally, we'll return to our original meeting point in San Luis, where our transportation will take you back to your Medellín hotel, concluding an 11-hour journey.
