Details for each option are outlined below.
Medellín Tour
We'll traverse alongside the city's notable landmarks, including Plaza Botero, Avenida La Playa, and the Casa de la Memoria Museum, gaining insights into the historical journey of Medellín and its recent transformations.
Additionally, we will explore Plaza Botero and navigate through lush urban spaces such as Las Luces Park, San Antonio Park, and the parks within the Perpetuo Socorro creative district, a formerly industrial area repurposed into an artistic and cultural hub.
Our route will also take us to the Ciudad del Río neighborhood, another testament to the city’s metamorphosis—a fitting conclusion to our journey!
El Poblado Neighbourhood Tour
In this version, we will dedicate our exploration to El Poblado, recognized as Medellín's most sought-after area. Initially, we will visit Bailarina Park, a site with a history shaped by turmoil, yet it stands resilient today. Thanks to artistic endeavors, this park has evolved into a beacon of memory and rejuvenation.
Subsequently, we will ascend to one of Medellín’s most famed viewpoints atop the Hotel Masaya, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the neighbourhood, gaining architectural insights into the progress of El Poblado.
Our journey continues to La Presidenta Park, followed by a stroll through the lively Lleras Park, known for its vibrant nightlife and social diversity. Here, you will discern the significant effects of tourism and recreation on the area. We will conclude our excursion at El Poblado Park.
