Our journey will take us through the most popular neighborhoods of Medellin, beginning in Belén with a stop for an arepa de choclo. In Laureles, we'll enjoy coastal cuisine and try the classic guava cake. Pedaling through Conquistadores, we'll reach Mercado del Río in the Colombia district to sample regional dishes like chicharrón, black pudding, empanada, and papa criolla.

After 4 hours of biking, we'll return to the starting point to conclude this delightful gastronomic adventure.
