Rafting Down the Claro River

Join us for a rafting adventure on the Claro River, navigating through the jungle terrain of Antioquia.

Description

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Medellín and head over to San Luis for the launch of our aquatic adventure. Upon arrival at Central Park in the Antioquian District, we will change to an off-roading vehicle to reach our launch point along the Claro River.

After a brief safety instruction and ensuring all gear is fitted, we’ll embark on a journey down the Claro River, navigating its white waters on our rafts. The journey will last approximately 4 hours over a 7-kilometer (4.3 miles) route, encountering Class I rapids while experiencing the expansive landscapes of the Antioquian jungle.

We will pause at the banks of the Claro River for a picnic lunch featuring cold meats and fresh fruits, before returning to our meeting point in San Luis via an off-road vehicle. After this, we will change vehicles and bring you back to your hotel in Medellín, completing about 10 hours of activity.
