Join us on this bus tour of Melbourne, including stops at the Ballarat Botanical Gardens, Lake Wendouree, Sovereign Hill, and the Eureka Centre. We will also visit the Melbourne Skydeck for panoramic views of the city.

Description

On the day of the tour, pick-up will be from Eureka Tower at the scheduled time. We will travel west from Melbourne on an air-conditioned bus. Our first destination is the Ballarat Botanical Gardens, where we will see over 50 significant trees and floral displays including Hydrangeas in Summer and Chrysanthemums in May.

Next, we will visit Lake Wendouree, the venue for the rowing events of the 1956 Melbourne Olympic Games. Here, you can enjoy gardens and spot wildlife, including the Black Swans.

We will then proceed to Sovereign Hill, an open-air museum depicting an 1850 Goldfields town. Activities include gold panning, mine tours, and demonstrations of traditional crafts. Lunch will also be available here.

Our next stop is the Eureka Centre, where we will explore the effects of the gold rush and the miner’s rebellion through exhibits and displays set in the Eureka Stockade Memorial Park.

We will conclude our tour at the Melbourne Skydeck, located on the 88th floor of Eureka Tower, offering views from 300 metres (984 feet) high.
