Yarra Valley Ballooning Flight

Wine lovers take note, a Yarra Valley-style balloon flight might just be to your taste.

This famous Victorian winery region is a leisurely 50-minute drive from Melbourne’s CBD and has more than 80 vineyards dispersed throughout, which means you’ll have plenty to see from the sky-high vantage point of a hot air balloon. Let the breeze usher you along the corridors of grapevines and over the Yarra River as you lose yourself in the breathtaking views of mountains, vineyards and maybe even spot some kangaroos!

Your flight status and pick-up time will be confirmed the night before your flight via the Global Ballooning mobile app.

We will drive you to the launch site in Yarra Valley, depending on the wind in the morning. From there, you can take part in setting up the balloon. Hop aboard and be up floating in the sky for approximately 1 hour, before we land, pack up and take you back to Balgownie Estate for a sumptuous buffet breakfast. If you select the option with transfers, post breakfast, you will be driven back to the Pullman Melbourne on the Park hotel in the CBD.
