Picks ups will be made between 7 and 7:30 am from hotels in downtown Mendoza. The tour departs towards the west, traveling approximately 120 kilometers (75 miles) over 3 hours along the Mendoza River, passing by the Potrerillos Dam.

The first stop is Uspallata, a village at over 2000 meters (6,500 feet) altitude, to learn about its history. From there, the group heads to Punta de Vacas to see the distant Tupungato Volcano, followed by a visit to Los Penitentes ski station.

Next, the tour continues to Puente del Inca, a natural bridge over the Las Cuevas river, with a viewpoint for views of Aconcagua.

Aconcagua Provincial Park is open from November to April, offering an optional hike to Laguna de los Horcones (not included).

In Las Cuevas, participants will ascend to the Christ the Redeemer of the Andes (accessible from January to March) and have one hour of free time for lunch.

After lunch, the tour returns to Mendoza, stopping at Uspallata again before continuing for another 3 hours to arrive back at hotels by 7 to 8 pm.
