Mendoza Fishing Trip

Experience a traditional fishing trip in Argentina in the majestic province of Mendoza with four location options. All tours last between 8 and 10 hours, include hotel transfers, 4x4 transport, four hours of fishing, and a full meal with drinks.

Options

Fishing in Potrerillos (8 hours)

You will be picked up at your hotel at 5 a.m. and drive for about an hour and a half to Potrerillos. The day begins with essential fishing techniques before boarding a boat for fishing in the Potrerillos reservoir. After four hours of fishing, enjoy some free time for a meal consisting of cold dishes, hams, cheeses, beef jerky, and drinks. You will return to your hotel around 1 p.m.

Fishing in Arroyo Grande (10.5 hours)

Picks up at your hotel begins at 8:30 a.m. with a drive to Arroyo Grande, about an hour away. Two fishing areas are available: a challenging lagoon and a rainbow trout farm. After fishing, there will be a traditional 'Parilla' barbecue, with the option to cook your catch. The return to your hotel is expected around 7 p.m.

Fishing in the El Tigre reservoir (10 hours)

Pick-up occurs at 8:30 a.m. for a trip to El Tigre Reservoir, a drive of approximately two and a half hours. This area has two fishing spots: the lower stream with rainbow trout up to 2 lbs and the upper stream with fish reaching 3.5 lbs. After fishing, enjoy a meal that includes traditional barbecued meat, salad, bread, dessert, and drinks. Return to the hotel is around 6:30 p.m.

Fishing in San Pablo (10.5 hours)

After pickup at 8:30 a.m., drive for two hours to San Pablo ranch. There, a hearty breakfast will be provided followed by a tour of a private winery and vineyards. Enjoy four hours of fishing, and conclude with a traditional 'Parilla' barbecue meal. The return to Mendoza will be completed by around 7 p.m.
