San José Sloth & Birdwatching

At the time of your choice, we'll meet on Calle La Cruz to start a tour that will allow us to enjoy the flora and fauna of Costa Rica. During the activity, we'll visit two urban parks to see the birds and sloths that live there.

We'll spend an hour touring the first of the forests, where we'll observe the dozens of birds that inhabit this place. We'll also use a spotting scope to get a closer look at the more hidden animals.

We'll provide information about the different birds and discuss the insects and tropical flowers present in San José. You'll learn various interesting details.

Then, we'll head to the second park, part of the University of Costa Rica. As we walk through the campus grounds, we'll spot several sloths and share facts about their slow metabolism and other relevant details.

After two and a half hours of exploring, we'll conclude the tour at the starting point.
