Chichen Itzá Tour + Light Show

Immerse yourself in the culture of the Mayans with this trip to Chichen Itzá. At night, you'll enjoy a light and sound show above the Kukulkán Pyramid.

Description

At the scheduled time, we will collect you from your hotel in Mérida. After 2.5 hours by minibus, we will arrive at the Chichen Itzá archaeological site.

Although the monuments of the Maya city, a World Heritage Site, are closed at night, we will see "The Castle" from outside. This pyramid once served as the center of religious life in Chichen Itzá. We will explore the deities to whom it was dedicated during the tour.

Then, we will experience the "Kukulkán Nights" show. In the darkness, we will witness 3-D projections above the Kukulkán Pyramid that highlight Mayan culture through light and sound.

We will return to the hotel in Mérida late that night.
