We will start our first visit to the magical town of Izamal, a colonial charm with the distinctive seal of a small town where we will get to know the beautiful yellow city and discover why it is this particular color since all the houses, the shops and the churches in this place are painted amarillo dorado and the pueblo has received the nickname of La Ciudad Amarilla.
We will continue to one of the 7 wonders of the modern world Chichen Itza (entrance not included) and also declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco. Chichen Itza is known as the capital of the Mayan Empire.
We can have the opportunity to get to know the majestic pyramid of Kukulkan, the “Pok Ta-Pok” better known as the game of pelota, the observatory, the temple of a thousand columns, and much more.
Finally, we will visit the Xcajum Cenote Ecotourism Park, which in the Mayan language means "The Place of Sounds" where you can enjoy a buffet-style lunch of typical regional food, and you will also have time to enjoy the cenote and cool off in its crystal-clear waters.
