The tour meets at 3 pm in Plaza Grande, next to the big letters that spell out Mérida, ready to start the tasty journey.
First stop is Gorditas Doña Gorda, where you can enjoy authentic Mexican gorditas filled with various ingredients. Next, at Eulogio Rosado park, taste the unique poc chuc, made with sour orange marinated pork.
Continue to the San Benito market for refreshing local fruits like huaya, nance, and guanábana, along with traditional tamales. Then head to Lucas de Galvez market to try pork "carnitas" and famous tacos al pastor.
End the tour with fruity ice creams before returning to the meeting point at 6 pm.
