Have you ever heard about cenotes? These unique geological formations are a hallmark of the Yucatan region. Embrace the chance to refresh and immerse yourself in the transparent waters of these enchanting pools on a journey to the Santa Barbara cenotes.

Excursion to the Santa Barbara Cenotes

At the scheduled time, we will pick you up from your accommodation in Merida. As we travel deeper into the Yucatan jungle, we will arrive at the three stunning cenotes of Santa Barbara—a true slice of paradise.

Upon our arrival at Santa Barbara, we will hop onto a charming tourist train that will take us to our first cenote destination: Cascabel. Are you ready to take the plunge?

These cenotes are natural pools formed from collapsed roofs of aquifer vaults, allowing us to explore magnificent natural swimming spots. While swimming, we'll take in the striking stalactites and stalagmites adorning the rocky walls around us.

Next, we will venture to visit the Chaksikin, Xoch', and Pool Cocom cenotes, where you'll also have the opportunity to swim and marvel at their crystalline turquoise waters.

To conclude our experience, we'll stop at a nearby restaurant to replenish our energy with a meal featuring traditional dishes such as grilled meat, rice, beans, and tortillas.

After approximately 7 hours, the excursion will wrap up as we return you to your hotel.
