Activity Details

At the indicated time, we'll meet at Hotel Caribe and head to the location of the Yucatecan cooking class. We'll begin with a stop at the Lucas de Gálvez market, where we will purchase fruit, fresh vegetables, spices, meat, and seafood for our cooking class.

After acquiring the ingredients, we'll take a public bus to an authentic meridana's house. The hostess will welcome us and guide us in the kitchen as we learn to prepare various traditional dishes.

The menu of the cooking class will vary seasonally but will consist of three courses of Yucatecan delicacies. After preparing the dishes, we will sit down to taste everything we have prepared, including local drinks.

After 4 to 5 hours of activity, we will conclude and return you to the starting point.
