Taormina and Castelmola Day Trip

We'll meet at the Messina port to board a bus to Castelmola, a medieval village 1,700 metres above sea level. From the viewpoint, enjoy views of Mount Etna, the tallest volcano in Europe, and Giardini-Naxos bay.

We'll explore key streets and landmarks up to Taormina, focusing on Corso Umberto, where we’ll see the ancient Roman road "Valeria." This city offers views of the sea with Etna in the background. Expect to see churches, monuments, and shops, along with opportunities to try local delicacies (not included).

Taormina y Castelmola Day Trip + Greek Theatre

This option includes a guided tour of the Taormina Greek Theatre, built in the 3rd century A.D., where you'll visit this ancient site, the second-largest classical theatre in Sicily.

Taormina y Castelmola Day Trip + Lunch

Select this option for an Italian-style lunch featuring Sicilian recipes at a local restaurant.

Shore Excursion

This day trip is also a shore excursion for cruise passengers. If applicable, indicate your boat's name during reservation. We'll meet half an hour after the ship arrives in the disembarkment area.
