Taormina & Isola Bella Excursion

At the time of your choice, we'll meet on Via I Settembre in Messina. From there, we'll travel by bus to Taormina, a journey that takes just 50 minutes.

Upon arrival, we'll start exploring Taormina with a two-hour guided tour through the historic center, highlighting the influence of Romans, Arabs, Normans, and Greeks in the city.

You'll see the old city gates of Catania and Messina and the remains of the town's defensive walls. We will walk along Corso Umberto I, viewing various churches and palaces, including the 13th-century St. Nicholas Cathedral.

After an hour of free time to rest, we will board a boat to explore the Taormina coast.

For two hours, we'll sail through the Ionian Sea, enjoying views of Isola Bella, which sometimes transforms into a peninsula.

At the end of the cruise, we will return to the bus and head back to Messina after a seven-hour excursion.
