Discover the legacy of Frida Kahlo in the historic neighborhood of Coyoacán and go on a traditional trajinera ride in Xochimilco on this tour of Mexico City.

Coyoacán & Xochimilco Tour

Between 8:30 and 9 am, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Mexico City. The tour starts with a scenic drive through Roma, known for its restaurants, museums, galleries, parks, and shops.

Next, we visit the Condesa, featuring tree-lined avenues and notable mansions. We will then go to Plaza Mexico or Plaza de Toros, the largest bullring in Mexico, which seats over 40,000 people and hosts bullfighting events and concerts.

Afterward, we will proceed to Coyoacán to visit the Church of San Juan Bautista and the fountain of the Coyotes, followed by a walk through the charming cobblestone streets. The tour includes the exterior visit of the Frida Kahlo House-Museum, also known as La Casa Azul, discussing her significant legacy.

We continue to the Ciudad Universitaria to see the Rectorate Tower and the Central Library, featuring a mural by Juan O'Gorman, and the mural in the Olympic University Stadium by Diego Rivera.

We will return to your hotel in Mexico City, arriving at approximately 2 pm.
