Discover the legacy of Frida Kahlo in the historic neighborhood of Coyoacán and go on a traditional trajinera ride in Xochimilco on this tour of Mexico City.

Coyoacán & Xochimilco Tour

Between 8:30 and 9 am, pickup will be available from your hotel in Mexico City. The panoramic tour will start in Roma, known for its numerous restaurants, museums, galleries, parks, and shops.

The tour will continue to Condesa, highlighting wide avenues and notable mansions. Next, we will visit Plaza Mexico, the largest bullring in Mexico, which seats over 40,000 people and hosts bullfighting events and concerts.

In Coyoacán, the itinerary includes visiting the Church of San Juan Bautista and the fountain of the Coyotes, followed by a stroll through the cobblestone streets. We will also visit the Frida Kahlo House-Museum, known as La Casa Azul, to admire its exterior and learn about Kahlo's legacy.

Afterward, the tour will proceed to the Ciudad Universitaria to view the Rectorate Tower and the Central Library, notable for its mural by Juan O'Gorman. We will also see the mural of the Olympic University Stadium by Diego Rivera.

The tour will conclude with a return to your hotel by 4 pm.

Pickup

Pickup is only available from hotels located in the tourist areas of Mexico City: historic center, Polanco, and Zona Rosa. For hotels outside these areas, the designated meeting point is Hotel Emporio Reforma.
