Join us as we venture past the border of Italy with Switzerland and visit Lugano and Bellinzona, two towns in the canton of Ticino.

Day Trip Details

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at the designated meeting point and set off on a day filled with beautiful landscapes.

As we leave northern Italy behind and cross the border, we'll enter the territory of Ticino. The first stop is at the Alprose factory, where we'll see how their chocolates are made.

After the chocolate factory, we'll continue to Lugano. In this city, you'll have 2 hours of free time to explore the shores of Lugano Lake, enjoy culinary delights, and visit the Cathedral of San Lorenzo, as well as shop in the historic center.

In the afternoon, we'll reconvene in the center of Lugano and head towards Bellinzona. In Bellinzona, we'll pass by the Castles of Castelgrande and Montebello and admire their facades.

You will then have another hour of free time in Bellinzona to stroll through its old town, shop, and relax.

Finally, we'll return to the meeting point between 11 and 11.5 hours later.
