Tour Details

At the designated time, we'll meet at Piazza della Repubblica in Milan to board the bus. We'll travel north and cross the border between Italy and Switzerland before arriving in Saint Moritz.

Once in this town, you'll have free time to explore. Saint Moritz is situated at 1822 metres (5980 feet) above sea level. You can explore the shores of the River Eno, the lake, and visit the Karl Borromäus Church.

In the afternoon, we'll meet at the train station to board the Bernina Express. We'll leave Saint Moritz and travel back to Italy, specifically to Tirano. You'll have opportunities to take photos of the Alpine landscapes, passing by the Morteratsch Glacier and Lake Bianco.

Finally, in Tirano we'll board a bus back to Milan, arriving back after a total of 12 hours.

Itinerary Adjustments

From October 29 until December 13 travel will take place on a regional train, not on a scenic train.
