Tour Details

We’ll pick you up from your hotel in Mindelo to begin this tour of São Vicente.

We'll start with a guided tour of Mindelo, visiting the historical centre and its vibrant markets while discussing the island's history.

Next, we’ll head east to the Monte Verde Natural Park, known for its vegetation and mountains. At an altitude of 700 metres (2300 feet), you'll enjoy a delicious tea and breathtaking views.

Our next stop is the fishing village Salamansa in the north, where you will have free time to explore, relax on the beach, swim, and eat at a local restaurant.

We’ll continue along the scenic Baia-Calhau road, offering spectacular views of the dunes shaped by winds from the Sahara.

Finally, we will return to Mindelo, completing the tour in a total of 6 hours.
